Jinan Yellow River International Convention and Exhibition Center is a key project at both the provincial and municipal levels. It took the lead in settling in Jinan Start-up Area for Transformation of Old and New Kinetic Energy on October 15, 2019. Invested and constructed by Greenland Holdings Group, it is operated and managed by Greenland Hannover Exhibition Co., Ltd., integrating multiple formats including exhibitions, conferences, events, and hotels.
Jinan Yellow River International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total construction area of 1.687 million square meters, including an indoor exhibition space of 510,000 square meters, with a total investment of approximately 14.1 billion yuan. It ranks as the world's largest in comprehensive scale and China's largest in indoor exhibition space, aiming to build a "world-class, China-leading Exhibition Economy New City" that integrates exhibitions with industrial development, as well as the country's largest modern exhibition economy park.
Jinan Yellow River International Convention and Exhibition Center is divided into three major sections from east to west: the Exhibition Center, the Conference Center, and the Hotel Center. The overall design of the project unfolds like a "scroll painting of the Yellow River," with the Conference Center soaring like a bridge over this "scroll"—a symbol of the historic leap in Jinan's development, as well as a land of hope for "dialogue, communication, connection, and integration" with the world in the future.
